#1: Adoption of the Presented Chapter Meeting Plan for the Month of December. - Michael made a motion, and Shirley seconded the motion. Approved 6-0 

#2: Adoption of Calendar Event Plan for November & December for Action For Good Inc. Motion made by Michael, seconded by Shirley. Approved 6-0

#3: Adoption of next date for Board of Directors Action for Good Inc. Meeting. - Michael made a motion, seconded by Owen. Approved 6-0
